Commercial Kitchen Services Process


When it comes to any project involving stainless steel fabrication for the food services industry, we work together as a team with our clients and their project requirements.

Conception

At conception, our project manager will oversee the entire project and is in control of all aspects of the project through completion and close-out. Our project managers work and communicate with the food service dealer, the designer, architect, GC or owner. They will oversee shop drawings, the schedule, coordinate stainless steel fabrication and other fabrication requirements, shipping, sub-contractors and full installation of the project along with the manufacturing engineer and installation foreman.

Scheduling and Management

Our manufacturing engineer schedules and manages the production phases of stainless steel fabrication, electrical requirements, millwork and stone. Through the fabrication stage of your project, he or she assures the equipment is delivered as per the projects schedule.

Installation

If Albers Commercial Kitchen Services is selected to install the project, our installation foreman works directly with the project manager and owner’s representative to assure design details are matched with a seamless installation and coordination with all trades on site.

Final Walk Through and Closeout

A final walk through and project closeout is performed with the owner’s representative and the Project Manager to assure expectations are met and/or exceeded. With the diversity and depth of experience of our professional craftsmen, we’re able to match the right team with any type of project.
